For the standar 3-piece set we suggest starting with 250g dough for a 30cm baguette. Add approximately 80g dough for every additional 10cm extension joint. So for a 60cm baguette (3-piece set plus 3 additional extension joints) use up to 490g dough.

Works great except my dough sticks to the sides even when using flour, oil and spray and cook.
Excellent, versatile product!
They are awesome, however what is the best flour to coat them with, I am using rice flour at the moment but the dough is still sticking abit!!
