This round cast iron pan has a diameter of 380mm and is ideal for pizza but can also be used as a stone for baking bread. Simply preheat the pan inside your oven and load your loaf directly onto the pan. For pizza our preferred method is to place the pan directly on a gas stove with the grill on in the oven. Once the pan is piping hot place your hand-shaped pizza base directly on the pan - as your to your pizza the bottom of the base is already cooking. Once you're happy with the colour on the bottom transfer onto a cold baking tray and place in the oven while you bring your next base onto the pizza pan. This way you can churn out a pizza every 3-5 minutes.
